The day of our birth is preceded by another important day. It is established by exactly 88 degrees of the movement of the Sun before we are born. This revelation as part of the Human Design System proposes that our immortal soul experienced other lifetimes, always in a different body.
The PERSONALITY CRYSTAL (located in the Head Center) is where our Soul enters the fetus during the third trimester of pregnancy as Passenger in this Body/Vehicle.
Earlier, at conception, the DESIGN CRYSTAL (located in the Ajna Center) merged with the Magnetic Monopole in the G Center. Together they started building the body, creating the vehicle with its genetic imprinting.
What I call our “Design Birthday” is this second date, recorded on your Bodygraph.
It is something I always point out to my students to become aware of.
When I first learned about mine, which occurs in November, it was not a surprise to me. Amazingly, in my journals of years ago, that very day was always present in some form worth writing about.
The time between mid-November and my birthday in mid-February is what I call my inner “gestation” time. For me this happens to include the entire holiday season with its festivities and socializing. I was never a great fan of all these activities, except that I enjoy filling my home with the music and smells of my childhood Christmas in Germany.
With this as with everything that Human Design reveals to us, we are invited to experiment. Discover your second birthday and honor it by considering those three months before your birthday as your very personal time.
This becomes even more important as you attempt to live as yourself. Be open to this inner time by just observing your life as is. It will be to your advantage to wait with major life changes until the return of the day you entered this lifetime.
