Introduction
Dr. Hahnemann, the originator of homeopathic energy healing spoke of three kinds of illnesses that repeat themselves. Likewise in the Human Design System® we have three Format Energies between the Root and Sacral centers.
Channel 42/53 – are diseases that begin, expand and end eventually, like knowing when enough is enough.
Channel 9/52 – are concentrated at certain times of the year, and appear over and over again.
Channel 3/60 – are impulsive, unpredictable illnesses that appear suddenly, and may disappear in the same way.
The consequence of wrong nutrition plays a big part in all of these, but it may not be apparent right away, and develop over time.
The Authority is always below the Throat Center, in regards to what our body needs. Recognize, that the truth about correct nutrition can never come from the mind. Remember how important it is to give your ‘vehicle’ the right fuel.
A new development of the human brain began in approximately 1615, when we stepped into the age of the intellectual mind. This kind of analytical thinking requires certain amino acids found mostly in meat, and less in plants. In childhood those amino acids are known to be most important to help build this brain capacity, and with it the growing person’s intellectual abilities.
After 2027, Vegetarianism will become the preferred choice, when the raising and killing of animals for food is left behind.

About Martin Grass Singer
4/6 Emotional Generator, born 1955 in Salzburg, Austria.
In 1981 he began the 12-year study course in Classical Homeopathy, including Psychotherapy, and Neurology. It was followed by three years Training to become a Naturopathic Practitioner.
He has worked in private practice since 1988. Since 1995, he’s been an International Teacher of the Human Design System. He lives in Hamburg, Germany.
His teachings are available at Human Design Austria – https://www.humandesignsystem.info/
In the early 1990, he became Ra’s personal student. Together they developed ‘Rave Biology’, a special matrix within the BodyGraph® on diet and digestion. Martin continues in his practice to benefit and verify Ra’s information, when working with patients on their health issues.
Martin says:
”My work with patients is based on the fundamental understanding that health is always an individual event. Since every person on their given path has come to his/her special sickness, each individual person can also find their way back to health.”
Part II Who are the real meat (animal food) eaters?
Part III Who are the good Fat and fiber eaters?
Part IV Who is in need of sugar, or not?

Hi Gejay ~
Thank you for this information – my body (and medical bent) says ‘yes’ to offerings like this! Wish his Website was also in English?!
I, too can relate to ‘trying to be a vegetarian’ while being a Blood-Type O – not pretty or healthy!
Also interesting to note Channel 3/60 (which I have) and my life-threatening experience of severe I.T.P. – appeared suddenly and disappeared suddenly (after some time).
And feeling the urge for new beginnings – Gate 53 completes the Channel of Maturation for me; and Gate 54 completes the Channel of Transformation for me, plus it bridges my ‘split.’
Best,
Elaine

Hi Elaine, I am trying once more to reply to your valuable comments. Yes, those Format gates and channels play a part
in our health that has not been taught outside of Europe. I wish I could afford the English translations of his lectures series, but at $600 euros, this investment would be worth it for another health provider.
Meanwhile, happy experimenting!
GeJay

I now see your reply to my comment, GeJay. Thank you!
Surprised to hear that this key information has not been taught, and readily available outside of Europe?! We’ll see what transpires, now that you introduced this important material. Feeling grateful, Elaine

This is fascinating, I too am Blood-Type O and trying to become a vegetarian in the past was not healthy for me either. I have tried many different diets and recently returned to the Genotype Diet (Gatherer) and it seems to be the most beneficial.
I also have the 3/60 and have struggled with chronic health issues.
Thank you both for sharing!
