As a Certified Living Your Design Guide I am fulfilling a lifelong search for my mission in this lifetime. Listening to Ra’s video “Projectors: A Clarion’s Call”, I continue to be deeply involved in the study of the multiple aspects of the Human Design System®.
Genoa Bliven gave me my defining ‘Foundation Reading’ in 2002, calling my Design a 3/5 Emotional Projector, which made me feel recognized and confirmed as no other tool I used had done.
I began studying books on the Human Design System® to educate myself further. With my background in Western Astrology, I had birth data of people I knew, converting them as my self- teaching tools, until I was able to attend classes with Genoa in Santa Fe in 2005.
I became part of a small group of Projectors, advising Manifestor Genoa on how he would eventually proceed with his teaching, and participated in trial overview readings, given a practical chance to experiment with the knowledge. I was certified as a Living Your Design Guide in 2010 by the International Human Design School. Since then, I participated in taking Genoa’s professional analyst training, and studied with Lynda Bunnell, Carol Freedman, Alokanand Dias, Martin Grassinger, and most of the original teachings Ra left behind. Concurrently, I studied Human Design books and took classes in my native German language.
Prior to this, for 45 years, as European-trained Skin Care Specialist “Aesthetician”, I owned salons, some with associates, to take care of teenagers, women and men regarding issues with their faces, including the fear of aging in a youth-oriented society. I worked in Germany and Australia, before coming to California in 1968, and eventually moved my business to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1992.
I had become aware of the undisclosed cosmetic product ingredients, and the condescending ways cosmetics were sold to the consumer. The producers of cosmetics in those days did not even answer to us professionals. It was a time of great bitterness for this Projector. I experimented with using products that were natural and ethically produced with excellent results, and educated my clients to read cosmetic labels and ask questions about the origin of these ingredients. Eventually I became involved in the creation and sole representation of an organically and bio-dynamically produced cosmetic line from Australia, called Jurlique.

I am grateful to have met the Human Design System®, this enriching map of our genetic inheritance, unconscious components and “who we think we are”. My studies with certified HD teachers, and learning from my students never ceases. It keeps me excited to guide individuals on their personal discovery journey, aura to aura.
