Who Are The Good Fat And Fiber Eaters?
Channel 41/30 and Gate 36, Channel 42/53, 54/32, Gate 29. While the good fat eaters are on the Left of the BodyGraph® and experimental, the fiber eaters are on the right and experiential. All of the above gates are a part of “The Rave Biology Matrix”. Digestion depends on beginnings, middles and ends, and must be surrendered to. It is essential for the benefit of our body’s vitality and of life itself. The focused and wave-like energy of the solar plexus is responsible for the movement of the digestive processes.
Gate 41 “Hunger/Emptiness” is about being empty or not. This extends to the intestines, the peristaltic to move things forward to the point of elimination. There is need for fat and fiber (roughage). These people need to eat bulky foods, like pasta, rice, potatoes, to fill them up. This is a sensing and experiencing energy. They can be either vegetarian or meat eaters. They also need lots of fluid to enhance movements.
The fluids are supplied by the left side of the BodyGraph®. To be in balance they must complement each other.
Gate 30 “Hunger Recognition” and Gate 36 “The Wave of Hunger.” Both gates are part of the Stream of Feeling: what kind of food one desires, and the inexperience of the wave, to wait or not.
Channel 42/53 and 54/32 are all about the right kind of fat. Good fat or oil must be carefully chosen, as it is required to help increase the body heat to digest. After finding the right kind of fat one may eat spoon-full by itself. It serves the long term storage of energy these people need to keep the body warm. Chocolate made from cacao beans is a fat, unless sugar is added in processing.
Gate 29 “The Gate Of Saying Yes”. This is the fuel to persevere in everything to be correct. As part of the ‘Channel of Discovery’, its discovery is not in the commitment, but in the process. Perseverance is cyclical and can change from day to day.
About weight loss: needed is more fluid/water. The body retains the excess salt in processed or otherwise prepared foods. Increasing the water intake stimulates elimination. Don’t blame the fat!

In 1981 he began the 12-year study course in Classical Homeopathy, including Psychotherapy, and Neurology. It was followed by three years Training to become a Naturopathic Practitioner.
He has worked in private practice since 1988. Since 1995, he’s been an International Teacher of the Human Design System. He lives in Hamburg, Germany.
His teachings are available at Human Design Austria – https://www.humandesignsystem.info/
In the early 1990, he became Ra’s personal student. Together they developed ‘Rave Biology’, a special matrix within the BodyGraph® on diet and digestion. Martin continues in his practice to benefit and verify Ra’s information, when working with patients on their health issues.
Martin says:
”My work with patients is based on the fundamental understanding that health is always an individual event. Since every person on their given path has come to his/her special sickness, each individual person can also find their way back to health.”
